With a workforce of over 20,000 employees, Envoy Air operates more than 875 daily flights across 160 cities in various regions, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean, and The Bahamas. Pedro’s journey in the aviation industry began in 1983 at American Airlines, where he advanced through various roles in Customer Service, Operations, and Finance, ultimately holding the position of Vice poker hand rankings of Finance & Planning. With over four decades of aviation experience, John’s extensive knowledge and experience in airline operations have been invaluable to Envoy’s growth and development. Curtis Coble

Jude Mayeux

Jose Velez-Rubio

José began his career with American Airlines in 1985 as a Fleet Service Clerk and was rapidly promoted to Passenger Service Lead Agent, Ramp Service Supervisor and later Ramp Manager. Ricky Deane

Frank Reynolds

Previously, Frank served as Regional Managing Director for the East and Canadian Region as well as Northeast Hub Regional Managing Director.

Frank joined American Eagle in 2001 after American purchased TWA, following many years in management positions, the most recent as Managing Director New York/Caribbean.

Deesha Desai

Deesha began her career in 2006 as a Station Agent and quickly assumed greater responsibilities, serving as General Manager for several airports before joining the leadership team at Headquarters.

Mindi Kimmell

A 31-year veteran in the aviation industry, Shannon leads a team of nearly 2,000 employees of which over 40 are managers at our Dallas-Fort Worth hub. She started her aviation career with Simmons Airlines in Decatur, Illinois, before moving to Sarasota, Florida and then transferring to Tampa, Florida to work for American Airlines in Tampa, Florida before returning to poker hand rankings. At the heart of Shannon’s leadership is a focus on our employees and the teams that must work together to be successful at our largest hub operation. Employees are held accountable while being empowered to succeed and reach their goals.

Ramon Hernandez
